∙ You bring the content to each session. The director (sometimes called a spiritual guide) will listen, ask questions and reflect back to you what she

or he is hearing.

∙ It is my belief that God is already present and active in your life.

∙ Spiritual direction will help you pay attention to that presence and respond.

∙ Anything shared in a spiritual direction session will be held in complete confidence.

∙ Spiritual guides listen non-judgmentally.
